Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Pellosophical LLC, a Florida limited liability company that operates the Bootroom service ("Bootroom", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Bootroom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Bootroom is a football data and analytics tool. We provide historical statistics, per-match data, projections, and analytical tooling for informational purposes only. Nothing on Bootroom constitutes financial advice, a betting tip, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Accounts are optional — every analytics tool works without one. If you create an account, you sign in via a link emailed to you, so keeping your email account secure is how you safeguard your Bootroom account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Bootroom. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Every analytics tool on Bootroom is free to use, with or without an account. A free account on its own adds nothing beyond identity.

The optional paid plan costs $5/month or $25/year, with no free trial, and adds persistence and workflow features: persisted search history, a player watchlist, saved views, private player notes, experimental tools, and MCP access (subject to usage caps). Billing is handled by Stripe; payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and do not touch our servers. You can cancel, update your payment method, and view invoices in the Stripe billing portal, reached from your account page.

If you cancel, your subscription runs until the end of the period you have paid for. When it lapses, paid features lock but the data you saved (watchlist, saved views, search history, notes) is preserved; resubscribing unlocks it. We do not delete your data on cancellation.

All payments are non-refundable. We do not refund or prorate partial billing periods; cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones. Where applicable law grants you refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected. For billing questions, email support@bootroom.gg.

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download data, reverse-engineer the platform, resell or redistribute the data, share account credentials or access tokens, circumvent access controls or usage caps, or use Bootroom in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All platform code, design, branding, and original content is owned by Pellosophical LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own purposes.

Bootroom aggregates and derives data from third-party providers. That underlying data remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their terms. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party source and may change or remove sourced data at any time.

The service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data. Always independently verify data before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pellosophical LLC disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, and for any losses arising from decisions made based on the data we surface. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or, where you have paid nothing, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service and, if you subscribe, to cancel your subscription. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by a reasonable means. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
